Ownership and Key ResponsibilitiesManage sourcing team located on site (project buyers, site sourcing specialist)Guarantee sourcing performance on projects executed on his/her siteCoordinate sourcing activities with the site: from tender to serial life, be the sourcing focal point for site teamMain MissionsManagement Of Sourcing Team Located On SiteEnsure deployment of standard tools, methodology and sourcing governance: Sourcing committee, supplier selection sheet, e-RFQ, standard BOM follow up…Define and allocate the required sourcing resources to projectsGuarantee split of activities, roles and responsibilities according to Transit Sourcing guidelinesLead annual performance review of project buyers and site sourcing specialist, hire and train team according to Transit guidelinesProject SourcingGuarantee supplier QCD performance in projects executed in his/her siteArbitrate on tenders, supporting PL Sourcing Leader: price to quotes vs. standard costsValidate supplier selections done by project buyersArbitrate sourcing decisions on contract margin improvement: R&O follow-up, resourcing in projectsParticipate in critical project reviews for the siteCoordination with Site ActivitiesGuarantee supplier QCD performance for the siteCoordinate sourcing activities with the site – member of Site Director Steering CommitteeRepresent Sourcing in site governance and processes: QRQC, SnOP, inventoryManage resourcing hot issues, quality issues – urging regional commodity team and/or regional SQ-lead Site Supplier cross functional reviewProvide site inputs for commodity strategy and action planMonitor Direct Material variances to inform finance and bid teamsParticipate in site audits (ISO Audits, Certifications)Contribute to site budget, KPI follow-up and monthly reportingProcess price change request forms for Datamart modificationsKey KPIsSite supplier QCD performance (incl.
