ELEMASTER HEADQUARTERS Site Elemaster Headquarters Italy – Lomagna (LC) Department Procurement Management Job Description The candidate will be part of the purchasing department and will be responsible for managing the procurement of electronic commodities, ensuring alignment between demand and supply. Key responsibilities include : Analyzing purchase proposals generated by the MRP, setting priorities, and coordinating with suppliers to obtain order confirmations. Evaluating and managing requests for changes related to customer demand (advances, delays, cancellations). Monitoring and updating delivery dates in the company's management system. Supporting the SQE in managing returns for non-compliant materials. Negotiating prices and purchase terms with local and global suppliers. Requirements: Hard Skills Preferable knowledge of electronic components. Excellent command of the English language. Advanced proficiency in Excel and company management systems. Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex data. Soft Skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Problem-solving orientation. Flexibility and proactivity in managing priorities. Teamwork attitude in dynamic environments. The role includes: Managing purchase proposals, order confirmations, and rescheduling of the backlog. Daily communication with Italian and foreign suppliers for technical-commercial details and negotiations. Monitoring supplier KPIs to ensure compliance with company standards.
