We are currently looking for a Specialist to join our Purchasing team in Castelleone (CR).

The team is responsible to ensure that necessary stainless-steel materials, coming from our Outokumpu mills, are available at the right time and quantity in Castelleone Service Center.

Location of employment: Castelleone, Via Fustagno 21, 26012

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Entering purchase orders in the management systems (Baan and SAP) and calculating prices

- Checking order confirmation

- Printing and matching invoices with the warehouse load and approving them in Docsweb

- Management of various warehouses and codification of choices in BaaN (e. g.

slow moving, arising material, warehouse dedicated to customers)

- Check purchase orders and incoming material status

- Check Reservation Tool

**REQUIREMENTS

- Upper secondary education is mandatory, University degree is preferred

- Previous working experience - at least 1 year, preferably in a similar role

- Residence: Castelleone or surrounding areas

- Fluent knowledge of both Italian and English languages (written & verbal)

- Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word / Excel), Outlook

- Experience in working within ERP systems would be considered an advantage

- Good organization and time-management skills
