PURCHASING SPECIALIST

**WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

- Management of recurring purchases related to facility and production through:

- Supplier Scouting

- Stock Management

- Issuing of Purchase Orders

- Negotiation and issuing of spot Purchase Orders

- Monitoring of supplier shipments, with order follow up and delays management

- Supplier document management with respect to:

- NDA submission and archiving

- Supplier qualification documentation management

- Dispatch to suppliers of company information when required

- Update of suppliers' master data

- Support on inbound and outbound logistics

- Storage of suppliers' transport documents

**QUALIFICATION

- 2-5 years of experience in the role

- Strong analytical skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with focus on Excel)

- Experience with BI software (Power BI, Tableau) will be considered a plus

- Excellent knowledge of the English language
