Position SummaryAs Junior Pack Production Coordinator you will be trained to lead and own the end to end results of a group of production lines, ensuring that production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements meeting safety, quality, cost, delivery and environmental needs. You will therefore be the ultimate responsible to develop the autonomy of the shop floor operational teams. A day in the life of Junior Pack Production Coordinator Supports in protecting the Core by ensuring and sustaining safety operation, product quality and records accuracy Helps to ensure that the working areas and installations in the factory complies, operates are maintained and work in accordance to the standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Supports in ensuring that production plan is consistently achieved on time meeting all compliance requirements on safety, environment and quality at lowest possible cost Works and collaborates with peer Production Team/Area Leaders, promotes and supports cross-fertilization of manufacturing best practices, knowledge, standards and improvements across the Factory What will make you successful 1 year experience in Operations / Productions Strong analytical mindset Excellent relational and communication skills Fluent in English and Italian Passionabout Operations We are Nestlé.
