Position Snapshot

- Nestlé Purina PetCare, Milan Headquarter (Assago)

- Permanent contract

- Approximately 2/3 years' of experience in IT digital function or as Web developer.

- Analytics or SEO developer experience would be a plus.

- Good knowledge of CMS platform (Magento, Drupal, etc.

), Google Analytics 4 and SEM technics are essential.

- Basic knowledge of CRM advanced solution (sales force, database management) and Coding principles - (html, css, etc. )

is required.

- Knowledge of Google Cloud functionalities (e. g.

: Big Query) and Creative suite - (Photoshop, illustrator) would be a plus.

- Fluency in Italian and English is required.

**Position Summary

Support Purina digital evolution by ensuring full functionability to the technical digital infrastructure and proposing new solutions to give our users the best experience through Purina ecosystem.

**A Day in the Life of the Digital Operation Specialist**:

- Ensure a consistent deployment of the e-Business company technical roadmap into local digital ecosystem working in collaboration with different functions and agencies.

- Improve and enhance Purina. it, following the central website UX/UI plans and brand/market needs to have meaningful solutions to ensure the best value exchange to our user.

- Support SEM strategy management and technical implementation in collaboration with PCE Lead.

- Technical analytics support to ensure best results in collaboration with Data Analyst Insight.

- Ability to identify/solve technical issues on tech platforms (e. g.

websites, CRM, buy now, etc. )

or engage others to help find a solution.

- Ensure compliance and security across all digital touchpoint following company guidelines, local laws and GDPR.

- Act as the main point of contact for marketing, IT Local and Central functions and agencies for technical topics.

- Challenge and stimulate agencies and internal stakeholders in order to find most efficient solutions and propose technical innovation to improve user experience.

- Act as a trainer to improve internal digital capabilities and support continuous digital evolution.
