Pv Epc Business Development Manager (Italy)
PV EPC Business Development Manager (Italy) Reporting directly to the BD Director, he/she will perform the following main functions : Develop and implement a strategic EPC business developmen t pl an in Italy.
Conduct marke t resear ch to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
Stay updated on market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the EPC business. Identify potential projects tenders, or requests for proposals (RFPs) that align with the company's expertise and capabilities.
Evaluate project feasibility, risks, and profitabilit y. Pursue opportunities from origination to contract signature. Build and mainta in strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand their needs, requirements, and long-term goals.
Regularly engage with clients to identify new opportunitiesWork closely with internal teams, such as engineering, procurement, and construction, to develop accurate cost estimates, project plans, and technical solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams during the pre-construction and execution phase s. Support in the qualification of new customers and signing of commercial agreements (NDA, MoU, LNTP, EPC, O&M, etc ). Giv e visibili ty to ELMYA EPC in Italyattending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and promote the company's service s. Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholde rsMonitor and analyze business development activiti es We are looking for candidates who bri ng: C1 English l evelBachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related fi eld. 5 years' experience in PV EPC business development in Italy sales, within the PV EPC indus try.
