- _Consumable items (including Fuel)_

- _Outsourcing_

- _Homologation Activities_

- _Rental_

- _Invoice closure_

- _Monthly Accruals_

- _OST (tool to validate Consultant's hours)_

- _Chemical products management (including SDS compliance procedures)_

- He/She will support all the Organization is solving issues and speed up activities.

_

- He/She will prepare PRs for Contracts or spot orders and follow the process till goods delivery, moreover can be the reference for PRs creation for other PD Departments. _

- He/She will manage DUVRI and "Permessi di Ingresso" according to CNHI Policies for all the Orders/Contracts related to the above-mentioned clusters when needed. _

- He/She will grant the correct storage of mandatory documentation ("Archivio"), grant respect of CNHI policies for Procurement and attend REVI audits. _

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Must be able to work on multiple high-priority requests simultaneously_

- People management_

- Personal & Team worktime management skills required_

- Precision, respect of data privacy, accuracy. _

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good/excellent ability in managing excel data_

- Full knowledge of SAP ERP, PROMISE (Timesheet & PERF modules), OST_

- Knowledge of CNHI Policies related to Indirect Material Purchasing and Financial Policies (CAPEX)_

- Work closely with many different Departments and Suppliers.

- Understanding and prioritizing requests, discussing with main actors, assuring the respect of timing. _
