Job Description Summary:

For our Engineering & Construction italian team we are looking for a Site Manager based in Lazio.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Construction Management team, the Site Manager will have among others, the following responsibilities:

- Coordinate the site activities with the different stake holders (Principal Contractor, warehouse management, client, designers, grid operator, utilities, etc. . ) to ensure the works are properly managed and communications between relevant parties is taking place in a timely manner during construction stage- Ensure the Principal Contractor is follow the construction procedures and the project is achieving the highest Quality Standards- Track recording of any site issue and ensuring all the issues are closed in a timely manner- Responsible to coordinate the site commissioning and ensuring Principal Contractor have a proper commissioning plan which is cascade through all the site personnel. - Ensure the Principal Contractor compile the As Built documentation, filed as per contractual requirements and all the O&M information is transferred to O&M contractor- Reporting to Project Management

Key Requirements- At least 3 year, preferable 5 years or more years of experience in construction of PV facilities- Ability to communicate through different stake holders and different audience- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office package, AutoCAD, MS Project and/or Primavera. - Language: Italian and Fluent English- Used to work in an international environment and to interact with clients, contractors and local authorities. - Site based during construction but availability for travel is required (office meetings, Factory visits )- Driving license

Studies- Degree of Post graduate degree in appropriate engineering discipline- MSc in Industrial, Electrical or Civil Engineer
