OverviewThe Data Intelligence Unit is looking to incorporate a new Python Developer (Data Analyst) to expand the team with a contract depending on the level of experience.

The candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of a growing in-house code base, support monitoring and improvement of data pipelines and automated processes, as well as work on the development of new web-based applications for both internal and external clients. Role and Responsibilities: Monitor daily automated job logs and ongoing improvement of processes. Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutionsDepending on background/experience, the candidate will also be involved in the analysis and development of quantitative models for monitoring financial metrics, portfolio simulations, and production of reports. Develop and refactor legacy Python code to ensure it follows modern principles and best practices. Contribute to the production of and maintenance of technical documentationProvide support for spot requestsOther tasks as assigned. Requirements:Must haveKnowledge of Financial MarketsFluent in English (speaking and writing) and ItalianPrior experience in similar roles (1 to 5 Years).

Those with 1-year experience may be considered if strong background. Intermediate to Advanced Python skills and Pandas, NumPy, etc. SQL and MySQLFluent in English (speaking and writing) and ItalianGreat communication and collaboration skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProactive and attentive to detail.
