Qa Ait Team - Quality Manager

Our systems are in orbit at 400 km, 20000 km, 36000 km and beyond to the edges of the solar system.
- Quality Manager AIT
- Management:
- Assure the communication within the team in Rome and in Turin;
- Establish weekly Reporting and consequent staff meeting each week;
- Manage administrative aspects of the QA AIT team (Prepare and approve holidays of the group whileensuring program needs, check and validate extra time work, permission to exit on STM);
- Establish the yearly objectives in line with the Company directive on Workday;
- Perform check-in at list 3 times during the year to verify the evolution of activity;
- Prepare the Salary review and elements for the variable compensation with hierarchy and HRBP;
- Support the development of people by direct contact review, validate the needed training;
- Economics:
- Verification and monitoring of the WEP evolution with checking with hierarchy;
- Ensure adequacy between workload and resources;-Verify and approve quotation for QA AIT Activities from programs/Bids;
- Verify and approve quotation of EGSE/MGSE in general related to AIT Activity;
- Role vs operational programs:
- Participation to MPR of AIT programs (if any);
- Organization and participation to IQC in AIT for Rome and Turin (quarterly);
- Support the QA AIT in the management of critical NCR on a program;
- Manage launch campaign organization and the appropriate support in line with program needs;
- Role vs domains and CC:
- To contribute to the improvement plan in CPPI Direction;
- To monitor the delegation and evolution of QC in AIT for Rome and Turin;
- Role vs Company certification:
- To contribute in the management (preparation, organization and execution) ofoISO Audit for AIT In Rome and Turin;
- Test center certification with the European Space AgencyDepartment Vs Quality Direction:
- To participate in the transnational initiative of improvement defined by the Direction;
- Language -English (linked to the transnational aspect in the Quality Directorate)
- Soft skills:
- Communication : need to communicate internally with BL, Domains and CC interfaces, Program managers, with Quality heads of departments, disciplines, colleagues, direct reports;
- Leadership and team work : directly linked to the QA AIT team management;
- Work ethic : Reliability, relationship of trust within the Quality team, commitment on company efficiency(Quality/Costs/Schedule) and customer satisfaction
- Experience in manufacturing/AIT, in projects, in hierarchical management will be appreciated
