QA Engineer - edge (m/f/x) YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESQuality Assurance testing of edge product releases, including baseband video and audio processing, network streaming as per SMPTE2110, HOME UI operation, device configuration, system upgrades, and regression testingSystem integration testing with HOME, HOME APPs and other devicesSystem testing for scalability, performance, robustness and securityOngoing development and expansion of automated test coverage for edgeDevelopment, maintenance and execution of manual feature test scriptsWorking with the Support team to troubleshoot customer and deployment issuesWorking with the DevOps team to optimise the CI environmentYOUR PROFILEMinimum of two years' experience in a Quality Assurance roleExperience with professional video and audio broadcast systems, and with standard professional broadcast test equipment, eg Telestream, PhabrixGood knowledge of video and audio IP streaming standards eg SMPTE2110, Ravenna, AES67, Dante, NDI, SRTKnowledge of scripting languages eg pythonExperience with broadcast industry control protocols eg NMOS, Ember+Experience of containerisation and cloud technologies eg Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, TerraformExperience of standard office tools and operating systems eg Microsoft Office 365, Linux, Windows, macOSExperience of version control, issue tracking and collaboration tools eg git, JIRA, Xray, ConfluenceExperience of agile development, automated CI/CD tools and release processesKnowledge of the Lawo portfolio of productsKeen to learn new technologies and productsEducation in electronic engineering, computing, IT or related fieldAbility to work independently within a small teamAbility to travel occasionally for businessFluent in spoken and written business EnglishOUR OFFERA highly motivated team and an international environmentFlexible working hours and home office daysAttractive salary with additional benefitsCompany pension schemeLanguage courses and other training opportunitiesEmployee EventsE-Bike Leasing
