As a QA Services Director, you will be responsible for leading our QA department, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic vision for the QA department, aligning with the overall business goals of the companyLead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, expertise, and supportManage and oversee the implementation of QA processes, procedures, and methodologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the organizationEvaluate and enhance existing QA practices and implement new technologies to optimize efficiency and effectivenessStay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and best practicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their quality-related concerns and providing proactive solutionsMonitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing continuous quality improvement initiativesProvide training and mentorship to the QA team, fostering professional growth and developmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong knowledge of quality management systems, regulations, and standards in the healthcare industryProven track record of success in leading and managing QA teams, delivering high-quality services, and driving continuous improvementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutionsExperience in implementing and utilizing QA tools, methodologies, and technologiesStrong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to meet deadlinesProactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to excellence and continuous learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
