Qa Technical Project Manager
In line with the business strategy, the QA Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading technical analysis and supporting solutions related to new and existing products, modules and services for MSC Web Sites.
She-/he is responsible for leading daily digital channel performance monitoring, working side by side with QA Lead and development team scrum master.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written);
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Mathematics;
- At least 5 years of proven experience in optimizing Web and mobile technologies with strong focus on Core Web Vitals, SEO and overall digital performances; Experience in AB testing tools and methods is a strong plus;
- Good working knowledge of modern software delivery models and processes (i. e.
Agile);
- Good knowledge of Web Architectures, Content Management Systems, a plus being Sitecore experience, and web-/mobile design;
- Knowledgeable in QA and Web Monitoring technologies, a strong plus being good knowledge of Dynatrace, Google Analytics, Google Tag manager and Third-Party Management-/Optimization;
- Background in project management, monitoring and reporting;
- Strong communication, teamwork and relationship skills.
- Reporting to IT hierarchy, is responsible for constant Digital Channels optimization, with a strong focus on web site optimization;
- Is responsible of conducting technical analysis, involving all relevant stakeholders, on IT and Business Side;
- Leads root cause analysis and problem determination, prioritize problem resolution and Performs risk management to minimize project risks;
- Evaluates code and design quality, reviews and recommends changes to technical team;
- Evaluates and recommends tracking and monitoring technologies, solutions, approaches;
- Oversees third parties' integrations on the web sites;
- Contributes to continuous improvement of IT processes and best practices.
