Qa Tester (X/F/M)
What you'll do**:
Implementing our ambitious expansion plan in Italy, we joined forces with **Vettore Medical** and we are now looking for a **QA Tester **to join our product team in **Bologna**.
**Our mission is simple**: every product we build improves the daily life of healthcare professionals and patients.
Joining Doctolib, you will be part of a team building a product that helps thousands of healthcare professionals spend more time caring for their patients, deploying it to some of the largest medical facilities in Europe.
As a QA Tester n the Vettore Medical team, you will be working on a cloud SaaS solution for clinics and medical offices.
You will join a small team and be responsible for testing the product, ensuring it will always meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process product reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors;
- Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team;
- Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services;
- Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress;
- Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations;
- Design and implement testing plans for products;
- Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency.

You could be our next team mate if you:
- Have 2+ years of experience as QA/software tester;
- Have great analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Have a strong passion about test engineering practices;
- Are comfortable having conversations in English;
Now, it would be fantastic if you:
- Have already worked in a tech-product company;
- Know structured processess for product testing and monitoring;
- Are already familiar with Agile working methodologies and you like working with high levels of autonomy;
- Are curious, proactive, and collaborative.

**About the flexible office policy at Doctolib**:
For this role, we offer an hybrid working mode: we require you to come to our Bologna office at least 1 time per week.
