We are looking for a QC Inspector, the job vacancy is foreseen for the AIT mechanical group into Antenna department.

The Terms of reference for this position are

- Define overall Test Strategy and IVV approach

- Prepare Technical Proposal for Environmental and functional Testing Aspects

- Engineering Concurrence for test Plan and Test Requirements

- Control Test set-up Procurement Spec

- Control Test Procedures /Conduct TRR

- Control Define/Procure/Install/Validate Set-up

- Prepare Test Reports / Conduct TRB

- NRB Disposition and follow up

- Control specific set-up for Antenna Integration and alignment and or mechanical/optical check into the integration area, into the RF anechoic chamber, at S/C level), using theodolite, laser tracker o equivalent instrument.

- Mechanical check of antenna or subsystem according to Drawing (ICD, ASSY, GRP, ECC. )

- Control Functional and Deployment test

- Prepare Test Reports and Log-Book

Test can be performed in internal or external facility

- Create the AIT Routing on MES process builder according to AIT Plan

- update MES data base polutaion with basic working instruction and related naming

- Ensure MES go live for Execution phase

- Train and support operators or Execution phase

- Interface IS and other functions to ensure MES operativity and maintenance

- Log-Book compilation for the asigned tasks, tools , instrument ecc. .

- 5S lean aproach into the assigned working area and tools.
