We are currently looking for a QC Manager  to support one of our clients in Milano.

Responsibilities: • Lead a performance-oriented team, providing timely feedback and fostering an efficient and innovative environment.

• Manage QC laboratory activities and ensure reliable results in line with global regulations.

• Supervise advanced techniques (LC-MS, UPLC/HPLC, molecular biology tests, etc. ).

• Ensure alignment with international standards (FDA, EMA) and audit preparation.

• Foster cooperation between teams and introduce cutting-edge QC methodologies.

• Develop QC plans for business success About you: • PhD or MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related discipline.

• 10-15 years of experience in QC or biopharma manufacturing.

• In-depth knowledge of international regulations and QC practices.

• Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.

If successful, a second interview will be conducted to validate your technical knowledge.

In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client.

If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss our proposal with you.

Alternatively, if the outcome is negative, we will share our sincere feedback !
