- A limited mid & long-term impact on production unit/function overall results.

- Identify problems and improve, change or adapt existing methods, tools and techniques relative to the concerned perimeter and upon Manager's recommendations.

- Contribute to the deployment within the production phase of new products, and to the development of new processes, standards or operational plans based upon Industrial strategy in the Integration & Test domain (Means, Integration & Testing Strategy, Test Programmes. . . ).

- Convince others within the organization where strong interest exists to accept new concepts, practices, means and approaches for a better management of the production workflow.
