About the job

T. EN Italy Solutions is currently seeking a QHSE Engineer Junior to join our QHSES team based in Rome, Italy, reporting directly to the QHSES Department. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to involve in the following activities:

Support to project and construction management processesContinuous improvement campaignsAlignment with corporate QHSES policiesMaintaining Company's certifications (ISO 9001 + RT21, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)Risk assessment & Job Hazard AnalysisEnsuring compliance with Italian H&S applicable lawsIssuing and monitoring construction HSE plans according to Italian lawsInternal auditing of project and construction management processesEnvironmental impacts assessment and sustainability analysis We offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to innovation, creativity, and a pioneering spirit which drive our people.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor/Master's degree with full marks in Engineering (all disciplines are suitable, provided passion for QHSE matters). Languages: Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus. Experience: No experience required; any construction site experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of main professional software. Full availability to national/international mobility for either short- or long-term assignments. Main Skills: High interest with respect to the current Energy Transition challenges and Digital Transformation processExcellent oral/written communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team environmentEnthusiasm and proactivity Preferential Requirements: Certification as Italian Professional EngineerCertification as CSE/CSP according to D. lgs 81/08GIS knowledgeBIM knowledge What's Next?
