Job Description Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and effectiveness of the QMS. Lead initiatives to improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and ensure the implementation of appropriate control measures. Organize training programs to promote health and safety awareness among employees. Develop and implement environmental management strategies to minimize the company's environmental impact. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics. Provide leadership and guidance to staff on QHSE matters. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance QHSE awareness and competencies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and proactive QHSE practices. Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Prepare and submit necessary compliance reports and documentation. Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors during inspections and audits. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Maintain incident records and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Professional certification in QHSE (e. G. , NEBOSH, OSHA). Years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably in [specific industry]. Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with risk management frameworks and tools.
