We are looking to hire a **QHSE Supervisor** **for the chargers' assembly line in Vignola.

**Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes**:

- Maintain and improve Product Quality & QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety & Health) systems.

- Managing of materials incoming inspections (dimensions, visual, electrical and electronic) and production quality control in industrial chargers' assembly

- Analysis of trends to identify improvement opportunities

- Manage non-conformities both towards suppliers and customers

- Coordinate safety related training

- Creates a shift schedule for the Quality Team and attends to the shift timetable planning the daily schedule of activities and duties

- Co-operates with the Foremen of the assembly line to carry out quality controls and corrective actions when required

- Collaborate with the QHSE Manager of the parent company and with external consultants

- Monitor legislative compliance

- Assist with QSHE Investigations

- Provide & often present QSHE management information at monthly management reviews

- Experience of operating in a small/medium business (preferably manufacturing)

- Degree in Engineering

- Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards

- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques related to electric and electronic fields.

- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Fluent **Italian** (verbal and written)

- Very good verbal and written **English **with the ability to communicate effectively across all

- levels within the Company

- Knowledge/use of root cause analysis and lean manufacturing techniques would be advantageous

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
