Following a new opportunity, we are currently looking for a Quality & Compliance Consultant based in Pomezia, Italy.

You will be responsible for : Thoroughly review and assess batch records for compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements Collaborate with production teams to address any discrepancies or issues identified during batch record review Provide expertise and guidance on improving batch record documentation processes Lead and support the investigation of deviations from established procedures, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions Work closely with relevant departments to implement preventive measures to minimize the recurrence of deviations Maintain accurate and detailed deviation records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Oversee the complaint handling process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints Conduct thorough investigations into product complaints, collaborating with relevant departments to identify root causes and implement corrective actions Provide guidance on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction About you : Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific Discipline (preferred Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biology, Pharmaceutical Technologies); 2+ years of experience in a similar role English language fluency in speaking and writing (at least B2 level); Soft skills: Team Work, Relational & communication skills, proven analytical and problem solving skills Availability to travel up to 50% of the time Location : Pomezia, Italy - 100% on site Availability to travel up to 60% of the time.
