We are looking for a Quality & Environment Expert to join our Safety, Quality & Environment Team based in KONE Italy, Pero (MI).

About the role: As a Quality & Environment Expert, you will support the management and continuous improvement of our unit's quality performance and environmental impact, in line with both Unit and KONE level targets.

You will serve as the representative for quality and sustainability (environment), enabling KONE to integrate quality into our processes and foster a Lean mindset through enhanced competences, communication, and the sharing of best business practices.

Key Responsibilities: Promote and develop a proactive Quality and Environmental Sustainability culture.

Ensure recognition and conformance to customer and KONE requirements.

Monitor quality and environmental sustainability targets.

Plan, execute, and follow-up on quality and environmental audits.

Maintain up-to-date procedures in accordance with Quality and Environmental management systems.

Drive competence development in Lean Six Sigma and manage the Lean Six Sigma Portfolio.

Analyze feedback to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Liaise with leaders and teams to develop and execute quality improvement projects.

Conduct Q&E reporting and facilitate the implementation of the KONE Quality Management System (QMS).

Lead and support corrective actions due to non-conformance.

Entry-Level Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) with a wide variety of audiences.

Good knowledge of Quality tools, methods, and systems.

Professional Requirements: Experience with Quality Management System (e. g. , ISO), quality tools, and certifications.
