If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:For our plant in Giovinazzo (BA), we are seeking a Quality & Laboratory Testing Manager.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:Track, adjust, and share key quality KPIs such as RTFT, daily product non-conformities, COPQ, claim rate, and TTCQEstablish and implement quality standards for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring compliance through rigorous testing and sampling methodsDesign and enforce quality control plans tailored to various product families, aligning with industry standards and specific customer requirementsLead internal and third-party audits (ISO9001), manage customer visits and audits, and spearhead customer claims resolution. Develop and update standard operating procedures to support audits and regulatory inspectionsOversee all quality control aspects, from laboratory studies to production, ensuring adherence to standards and addressing potential issuesManage product certification activities, including periodic audits by external certification bodiesImplement tests and controls to verify product conformity, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
