Quality Assurance & Management Specialist

Objective of the Role

Lead and manage all quality related processes to assure the quality of the NRT product according to the consumers requirements.

Facilitate the continual quality improvement of processes and products.

Contributes to the high level of product quality and its improvement, through timely information, and insightful recommendations, in appropriate business environment.

Manage the level of inspection according process risk assessment.

Main Responsibilities of the Role

Plan, coordinate and implement all quality activities in factory and supply chain with a focus on meeting both customer and consumer requirements and the outcomes expected within the Company plan.

Perform risk assessments of all activities in the factory that can have an influence on quality and document the key risks in the Process FMEA - implementing key controls to manage the risk.

Manage the introduction of all new processes and equipment to the factory with advanced quality planning tools.

Manage the inspection plan and the quality assurance plan for the factory including the process control matrix.

Manage the internal and external audit process for the factory ensuring compliance and driving improvement in the management systems.

Manage the quality assurance department in line with the Company strategy, to set objectives and targets to direct reports, manage their performance, to ensure plan targets are met and all functional tasks and projects delivered.

Manage all key quality metrics for the quality function, driving improvements in the key identified areas and providing visibility to the operations and geographic and global teams.

Manage the PI&T process and compliance for the factory and supply chain and ensure that the global compliance target is achieved.

Alignment with AIFA accreditation for quality side.

**Context / Environment**: The position is directly reporting to Quality Manager for NRT, 24/7 pattern.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience required

Scientific Degree

Meaningful experience in Quality Assurance within tobacco, food, or pharmaceutical industry

Advanced knowledge of applicable standards (ISO, GCP, ICH, GMP, GLP, AIFA)

Advanced knowledge about lab management

Effective communicator, action driven, used to work with multiple partners

Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Proficiency in English
