**Quality Assurance**:

JOB MISSION

Define the requirements for the implementation of a quality management system aimed at improving the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and implement the actions necessary to define and monitor the quality standards required by Davines

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues

Conducting and monitoring internal and external audits

evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions

Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements

interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures

prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities

identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

monitor risk management activities

assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Meeting project deadlines

Elaboration of improvement actions

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Scientific degree with master/professional specialization in Quality Assurance preferred

Knowledge of Italian and English

Previous experience in Quality assurance or Quality control or in a similar field preferred

Knowledge of quality standards and current regulations (ISO22716, ISO9001)

experience with implementation of corrective action programs
