Key Accountabilities**:

The Continuous airworthiness and airline maintenance Auditor will work with the Quality Assurance Manager in developing and maintaining audit schedules and reporting processes ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory He/she will create audit checklists based on the above and previous audit experiences.

He/she will conduct the audit, define and report findings, achieve agreement on corrective actions to be taken and complete software updates as required.

He/she will run trend analysis reports on all audits and provide related reports to the Quality Assurance Manager for review.

The Auditor assists the Quality Assurance Manager in ensuring that process/ procedure manuals are up to date and relevant through process mapping, defining and developing procedures/ documentation as well as in the development and delivery of training presentations on the Quality Management system across all Maintenance and Technical Operations areas.

He / she is responsible for data management through AQD and AMOS software system, acts as the primary system administrator and is expected to contribute towards timely system developments.

The Auditor will be required to assist the Quality Assurance Manager in convening regular management reviews, for the purposes of periodically assessing Quality System/ Maintenance Operations process performance.

This will include, independently working with all stakeholders for resourcing, preparation and analysis of data into consolidated reports.

He/she will ensure Quality awareness through Quality Bulletins, inter-service memos, etc.

The job holder will also be required to undertake follow-up on action points assigned to stakeholders.
