What you'll do Test current products and identifying deficiencies

Evaluate new frameworks and tools to help guide the future of the Fing app

Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction

Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy

Collaborate with the Product team to ensure consistent project execution

Collaborate with the Developmentteam to suggest solutions to identified product problems

Collaborate with the Support team to isolate defect, reproduce issues and provide guidance about solutions

Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement

Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management

Job requirements We're looking for someone who. . . Has three or more years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer

Has two years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other

Has experience with a wide range of devices, including Mobile devices (Android and iOS)

Desktop devices (Windows, macOS)

Web Apps

Is eager to share past failures and successes with previously-adopted approaches and build new processes based on that experience

Has a sense of ownership and pride in the performance and its impact on the company's success

Is a critical thinker and has problem-solving skills

Is comfortable working with a fast-paced release schedule

Knows about scripting and/or coding to automate processes

Has worked to test consumer products

Living in Rome or nearby is a requirement
