In the last 20 years it has evolved from the development of telemetry systems for F1 to infotainment systems, parking systems and connected telemetry, addressing the "Luxury Car" segment.

ROLE MISSION To ensure the System and SW compliance to the defined development processes according to Internal and Customer requirements and plans and that non-conformances found are resolved and further prevented.

He/she is in charge to enforce to Project team a systematic preventive Quality Assurance approach, checking progressive System and software maturity level through his/her Quality activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES and ACTIVITIES to identify QA Stakeholder requirements (during RFQ phase) understanding the impact on the Product Development process in terms of objectives, tasks, effort and project team organization; [Auth] to define the QA strategy for System/SW development to satisfy the relevant Stakeholder requirements, developing and maintaining the project Quality Assurance Plan including the Review Strategy; [Auth] to execute the QA activities on Work Products according to the defined strategy.

This includes: Peer Reviews, Definition of Ready, Definition of Done, SW Quality Gates; [Auth] to execute the QA activities on Work Products according to the defined strategy.

This includes: Internal Process Audits, definition and monitoring of Process Improvement activities, Internal GAP Analysis; [Auth] to collect and analyze the QA metrics and QA KPI against the defined targets; to prevent re-occurrence of most critical issues (defects, deviations, non-conformances, etc. )

by supporting systemic root cause analysis, project specific lessons learned identification and continuous process improvements; to participate in official ASPICE Assessment and to the other relevant Audits (as IATF); [Auth] to communicate project QA status by a regularly reporting to the QA Manager; [Auth] to escalate appropriately any issues not resolved timely according to their risk; to be an active member of the System/SW development project Team by helping in process application, project risks tracking, defects monitoring (e. g.
