Currently, we are looking for aQA Test Leadfor one of our clients, a leader in providing advanced, AI-driven solutions to FMCG companies. QA Test Leadwill be responsible for:QA process across the Scrum team; Daily high-level reporting on test progress during releases in accordance with the plan; Timely escalation of High/Critical issues to ensure resolution within planned timelines; Bug management;Reviewing thetest coverage of Test Cases and User Stories; Enforcing quality gates based on the QA and Release strategies; Mentoring andassessing testers; Assuring all testers aretrained and up to date with product modules; Hands-on involvement in testing when needed; Being familiarized with product modules in order to ensure effective review of testing coverage; Test planningfor releases, including manual, automation, and non-functional testing; Providing input to the release sign-off process. A great candidate will have:Previous Test Lead experience Extensive Test analyst experience in all test phasesStrong manual test experience across the full lifecycle – Functional Testing (User Stories), Integration Testing and UAT (end to end); Understandingof Test automation and when it should be implemented; Bug managementexperience and maintaining the quality of data within the bug management tool; Experience ofworking in Scrum teams and a very good understanding of Agile methodology; Understandingof industry best practices from a Test perspective – ISTQB/TMMI etc.

; Experience indifferent sectors and environments would be an advantage; Experience ofworking with remote teams; Highly analytical individual with a focus on detail.
