The Position  As a Quality Assurance Manager at Novo Nordisk you will play a crucial role in our Fill & Finish expansion project.

You will ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will guide, coach, and mentor your team, setting direction and fostering individual growth.

Furthermore, you will:  Collaborate with other areas within the Fill & Finish expansion project to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Provide operational and tactical direction to the head of the department.

Implement quality assurance in alignment with the Fill & Finish expansion project.

Assess potential risks for patients and products, ensuring compliance and offering advice/recommendations.

Take responsibility for all quality assurance aspects throughout the value chain.

Qualifications  We are looking for a candidate with an academic degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field and a minimum 5 years of direct people management experience, demonstrating the ability to empower and develop teams.

In addition, you have:    A strong quality mindset with proven experience in quality systems within pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Comprehensive understanding of cGMP, validation requirements, and aseptic production.

In-depth understanding of regulatory standards for ensuring compliance and maintaining the quality of processes and products.

Fluency in written and spoken English; Italian language is an advantage       About the Department  You will be part of a global team that will develop the pharma facilities of the future and work with advanced technology to rethink our fill & finish facilities.
