**Job Description**:

Key responsibility:

- Lead, Mentor and provide training assistance to QA Team

- Be responsible for the hiring process of new members of the team

- Ability to work and efficiently get along with different collaborators up to Head of QA and MD

- Participates in communications with partners and clients, when needed

- Translate User Stories, Requirement and/or technical specifications into test cases

- Execute test scenarios previously created

- Analyze issues found during the testing and report them to development team

**Qualifications**:

- Working experience (5+ years of QA, 3+ years managing a QA team)

- Adaptability, we are looking for someone that can shift between national and international projects

- Effective team player with ability to build strong working relationships and motivate others

- Highly self-motivated - achiever of targets, both personally and through team

- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships (both within a team and with project stakeholders)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies

- Good Problem solving and root cause identification skills

- Good understanding of testing tools

- Ability to work effectively and to prioritize own and teams workload.

It is a plus:

- TOEFL certification

- ISTQB Foundation and Tester Manager

- Agile certified or has worked at least 1+ years in an agile project
