CGM Studiofarma is searching for a Quality Assurance professional to be placed at the Costa Volpino headquarters. The main focus of your role will be to test the software and keep track of the errors found in the company monitoring system, so as to be able to communicate any corrections to be made. Working closely with the development and project management team, you will also simplify manual tests, create automatic tests, and conduct manual tests. You will: Investigate and manage product bugs assessment and follow-up with product owners to improve their performances; Support the product audit management process; Ensure that the product is appropriately released; Implement corrective and preventive actions; Maintain a close working collaboration with product owners and development team members; Meet challenging deadlines; Ensure that the monitoring system for customers and complaints is updated; You have: Knowledge of SQL, SCSS, HTML, and basic knowledge of Java; Excellent problem-solving attitude; Strong attention to detail and astute diagnostic skills; Basic knowledge of UI design; Strong interest in Information Technology; Knowledge of Test automation in Cypress. Nice to have: Working experience in Agile environment with Scrum & Kanban methods; Experience in Cloud or SaaS Development environments; Experience in performance testing with relevant tools like load impact; Good knowledge of DevOps tools.
