Main Tasks**:

- Support the procedural system: monitoring and update of Standard Operative Procedure

- Internal functions training techniques on new procedures or revision procedures

- Support in the handling of complaints, non-conformities, CAPA and change controls within the electronical system

- Participation in Audit Teams for self-inspections and supplier inspections

- Support in Quality Assurance activities in SAP system for product distribution

- Support in the management of company suppliers' qualification and monitoring

- Management/distribution of certificates of issue of marketed products.

**Required Qualifications

- B. S.

Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology, Biology.

- At least 6 months of experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

- Ability to adapt in a very proactive way to constant changes according to the business needs.

- Ability to deep analyses to identify root cause of problems and creatively to gain final resolution.

- Team-oriented and responsive to customer needs.

- Quality-Focused: results-oriented with high attention to details and time keeping.

- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment with little supervision.

- Ability to communicate effectively in English (minimum level B2 both written and oral).
