Maintain the documental system, collaborating with area supervisors to write, verify, and implement Work Instructions and Quality Forms. Cooperate with QAM to investigate and resolve Customer Complaints. Train new employees on GMP/HACCP/Internal Procedures. Support QAM during Audits/Inspections. Assist QAM in maintaining Company certifications (BRCGS/FDA/ORGANIC/RA/RSPO). Control instrument calibration. Manage Pest Control program. Support QAM with the implementation of R&D/Quality software such as IBPM. Verify compliance of raw materials by checking external lab reports and ensuring adherence to the Analysis Planning. Conduct periodic facility inspections/Internal audits to ensure compliance. Ensure compliance of finished products. Support Quality Inspectors with daily activities such as sampling of RMs, Ball mill preparations, and shipments to customers or external labs when required. Specific requirements for the position: Degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Science and Food Technology, Agriculture, and at least two years of experience as a Quality Control officer. Basic knowledge of Chemistry and Microbiology. Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum Level B2). Ability to coordinate a group of people.
