**Summary

The role of QA Specialist will allow you to work in our multi-site QA Dept and collaborate with several other functions, supporting the production of our products that Save and Sustains patients' lives.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Management of complaints from customers and relative Non-Conformities and CAPA;

- Collaboration with other company functions in the field of investigations and improvement activities;

- Management of process Risk Analysis documentation;

- Participation at TIER as Quality representative;

- Periodic reports on complaints, non-compliance, CAPAs;

- Attend and managing complaints project and A3 projects;

**Qualifications

- Degree in scientific disciplines (CTF, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or similar)

- Previous experience in quality department within Pharma company in a plus

- Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards is a plus

- Good knowledge of English language

- Good interpersonal and organizational skills

- Predisposition to work in team but also to manage activities autonomously

- Critical approach and problem-solving attitude

- Basic knowledge of statistic
