Develop long-term supplier relationships; establish specific short / medium term supplier quality goals; support the understanding of engineering and manufacturing specs to supplier technical teams. Maintain and update supplier audit system and schedule dedicated audit for historical and new suppliers; travel to supplier locations to carry out process and quality system audits. Participate in the development, management, and maintenance of Quality strategy, processes and guidelines within Global Quality and expand a continuous improvement culture. Provide regular communication to management on major activities.
