Job Description:The resource, reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Engineer - Supplier, will have the following responsibilities:
Maintain and update supplier rating and corrective action records; monitor and analyse records to identify/prevent main criticality and ensure supplier capability of consistently meet the requirements.
Develop long-term supplier relationships; establish specific short / medium term supplier quality goals; support the understanding of engineering and manufacturing specs to supplier technical teams.
Maintain and update supplier audit system and schedule dedicated audit for historical and new suppliers; travel to supplier locations to carry out process and quality system audits.
Participate in the development, management, and maintenance of Quality strategy, processes and guidelines within Global Quality and expand a continuous improvement culture.
Provide regular communication to management on major activities.
Requirements for the position: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other related field with than 2-3 years related experience in "Supplier Quality #J-18808-Ljbffr
