**J**ob Summary

As Healthcare Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor you will lead the Quality department in our state-of-the-art Healthcare distribution center.

Communicates quality policy and objectives and ensures these are implemented and maintained on local level.

You develop operating procedures, train QA Team and internal clients on operating procedures and regulatory topics.

You assess and maintain the quality documents in alignment with EU GDP/GMP and ISO 9001/ISO 13485 requirements.

This position participates in internal/ client/ supplier and agency audits and participates in various projects such as implementation of a new client or system.

You maintain knowledge of healthcare quality regulation and assess the risks associated with storage and transportation of healthcare products by addressing these to higher management.

**Responsibilities**:

Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with EU GMP/GMP Guidelines and ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.

Provide support to ensure compliance with local and regional legal requirements and regulatory authorities is also part of your day.

Make recommendations to the Responsible Person (RP)/ Qualified Person (QP), QA Manager and the EU QA/RA Director with regard to resources required to support the QMS and the commitment made towards our clients.

Make decisions on the final disposition of finished products, returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products.

Promotion of our Quality culture within UPS Healthcare Logistics & Distribution (HLD).

Participate/follow up on audits (internal/ external) and support investigations into non-conformances and customer complaints.

You follow-up on all Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).

Assess and approve changes related to the applicable processes and projects.

Performs direct reports responsibilities (risk assessment, task delegation, performance evaluation, skills development, constructive feedback, formal performance review, formal career development)

**Qualifications**:

Education: Bachelor/Master degree in Farmacy, Chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry and technology.

Knowledge of EU GMP/GDP guidelines is preferred.

You need a minimum of 3 years' experience in companies such as manufacturers, distributors in pharmaceutical products or medical device.

Excellent (English, verbal and writing) communications skills to motivate and support internal/external customers is needed.

You are also analytical, flexible and have people management skills;

As QA Supervisor you need to be able to prioritize decisions which may have a significant risk for the company and recommend training opportunities.

Flexible in working hours.

**Location Liscate (before the end of the year Casalpusterlengo)

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of electronic Quality Management System and/or Warehouse Management System (WMS, GWS etc. )

is an advantage.
