Our R&D, Quality and Purchasing Area is looking for a figure who spreads food quality and safety to guarantee to our consumers the excellence of our goods.

**Tasks & Responsibilities

- Support risk analysis for Food Protection (Food Safety, Food Fraud, Food Defence, Food Quality) and Food Quality to lay effective plans to control raw materials, packaging materials and semi - finished products.

- Implement, monitor and improve quality and safety food system, through the definition of specific procedures

- Contribute to the realization of training courses concerning company's quality and safety procedures for all staff memebers

- Work closely to other functions (Purchase, R&D, Operations, Logistic, etc) to solve unexpected problems

- Work on data claims management and analysis to get inputs for a continuous improvement of our system

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Food Science and Technology and specialization in Food Quality Management

- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing

- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI and database): intermediate level

- SAP Knowledge preferred

- Good written and oral communication

- Flexibility

- Fluent english

- Good oral and written communication skills

- Proactivity
