Position The Quality Claims Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the quality assurance processes related to claims management, developing and implementing strategies to ensure that claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs for claims processes, from containment to lessons learned.

Support team in problem-solving approach to identify and address root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions, leading and driving the timing, to guarantee effective service level.

Review complex or high-value claims to ensure proper handling and documentation.

Define, monitor and follow up key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of claims files to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures.

Analyze claim data to identify trends, potential fraud, and opportunities for process improvement.

Assure feedback to technical teams is given to improve future products.

Conduct "customer view" product audits and define product evolution/improvement as necessary.

Define a product requalification package to assure Core Loro Piana Products are at the expected quality level.

Provide training and coaching to ensure staff competency and adherence to quality standards.

Ensure that all claims' activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Keep up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Profile University degree in engineering or a related field.

10+ years of experience in quality or claims management, preferably in a leadership role.

Great knowledge of 8D Model and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

Willingness to travel frequently in Italy.
