Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and today we are looking for a Quality Control Expediting Team Lead with a solid understanding of industrial, power, or chemical plant QC expediting principles, and a deep desire to be an active contributor in the energy transition industry. Role location: Milan (Bovisa area), onsiteRole and ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and maintaining the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards (including ISO 9001), accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organisation through existing and new procedures; Defining the project-related quality strategies in accordance with ISO 9001; Setting up and implementing processes and methods for quality planning, assurance and control; Acting as a (Lead) Auditor for quality audits; Being a focal point in the achievement of the Quality Management System targets both for internal and external stakeholders; Evaluating and communicating the impact of new business initiatives and projects on the Quality Management Systems; Negotiating Quality Assurance Agreements with actual and potential suppliers; Monitoring suppliers' and contractors' performances with a focus on non-conformities and claims;Coordinating a team made of both QC and Expediting specialists. Required QualificationsMaster's degree is a plus;Proven experience in the role, possibly developed within industrial (OilGas, Energy, or similar) contexts;Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical concepts effectively and decisively;Languages: Italian + fluency in professional English;Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad is mandatory;A genuine interest in clean technologies and energy transition.
