**Mission

Ensure the definition and implementation of quality standards and control specifications for all products, processes and raw materials, according to Bulgari Quality Assurance strategy.

**Main Accountabilities

- Define product quality standards and relevant control (for internal and external workshops) in cooperation with other involved departments within the BU.

- Participate in the development of new products in order to ensure the respect of Bulgari Specifications Standards and solve any critical problem regarding quality issues.

- Perform product qualification: verify compliance with aesthetic and technical specifications, materials conformity, functionality.

- Perform product validation: carry out analysis on new products and new materials (FMEA, home and field test, overstress and misuse test).

- Approve spare parts samples and consent to use them in internal/external production.

- Assure the creation, update and distribution of Quality documentation (Quality Specifications Manual, Quality section of technical sheets, Product Identity Cards).

- Act as a point of reference within the HJ Operation team for sector laws and regulations.

- Carry out authenticity analysis of suspicious products coming from market.

- Participate in the definition of methods for authenticity analysis, create comparative charts and train inspectors.

- Carry out FMEA/DFMEA analysis to find and evaluate possible failures on products/processes

- Implement and monitor of Quality Specifications, supporting suppliers in reaching Bulgari Standards.

- Provide inputs and Quality Specifications requirements within the product standardization process (components, hallmarks, logo, packaging, etc.

).

- Manage measure instruments calibration.

**Technical Skills

- Master's degree in Engineering, with a focus on materials/construction techniques

- Ability to analyze data and draw down key conclusions and actions

- Knowledge of relevant product category

- Knowledge of technical processes/procedures of reference

- Knowledge of FMEA (PFMEA, DFMEA, . . ) techniques

- Knowledge of Quality Control techniques

- Knowledge of Quality norms and standards (e. g.

ISO)

- Knowledge of Excel /SAP
