Quality Control Coordinator Expert - QCC Saipem is a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors, both offshore and onshore.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: Within the Quality Offshore Fleet department, we are looking for profiles as Quality Control Coordinator to be employed on board construction vessels worldwide.

ACTIVITIES: Support Site Management in front of Client with reference to any Quality Related Contractual Matter being tabled.

Act as focal point for QC Inspection being carried out on a specific vessel.

Coordinate the Vessel inspector team and assign tasks according to the ITP.

Plan and establish vessel quality personnel rotations to ensure minimum coverage.

Coordinate with Project Quality Manager to ensure correct QC inspectors and Pipe tracking system manning level.

Review Quality Control Plans and verify that tests, controls, and inspections are carried out accordingly.

Check procedures and equipment used in tests and agree on applicable operating procedures.

Ensure filing, traceability, and preservation of all QC Inspection and NDT Records generated onboard.

Ensure correct NCR Management System and verify follow-up implementation.

Prepare Final QC Dossier; ensure completeness in compliance with relevant AS Built Dossier Index.

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor Degree or Diploma

Knowledge of welding, coating, and NDT processes.

Welding International certification such as IWI- S/C or CSWIP 3. 1.

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: C1

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: IT SKILLS: Good knowledge of office suite, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

SOFT SKILLS: Problem-solving capabilities and methodical approach to troubleshooting.

Open-minded and willing to work in a flexible and agile manner.

Communication and relational skills.

NICE TO HAVE: Essential international mobilization with long periods on offshore vessel.
