**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a start-up environment

- Passionate about customer experience

- Previous quality support experience a plus

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Fluent in another language a plus

- Excellent analytical skills

- Knowledge of NVM/ Salesforce a plus

- Excellent listening and coaching skills

**Responsibilities

- Perform agents monitoring and provide feedback

- Organize calibrations sessions worldwide

- Hold regular meeting with all regions worldwide to review Quality

- Provide feedback to manager on

- Agents performance

- Trends

- Areas for development

- Provide analysis on VOC

- Work closely with training department to provide updates on processes and tool training

- Keep track of industry trends

- Develop/Update processes and policies and update Knowledge Base as required

- Supervise the update of templates/ upload in CRM system worldwide
