Job DescriptionWeatherford is hiring a Quality Control Inspector I in our Ortona facility. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for conducting dimensional and visual inspections of machined parts, raw materials, components, and purchased items in accordance with inspection plans, technical specifications, and engineering drawings.

They ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with industry regulations.

Additionally, they fulfill special customer inspection and dimensional requirements as outlined in Quality Control Plans.

The inspector meticulously documents both conforming and nonconforming products to maintain quality assurance and compliance. Roles ResponsibilitiesKnow and understand Weatherford QMS and comply with all requirements of the OEPS, operating and technical procedures, workplace instructions, work orders and purchase orders. Select items/materials/components/products along the manufacturing process and identify the characteristics to be inspected such as dimensions, features, symbols and notes specified on the product drawing developed by the Design Engineering group and any documents specified by the customer on the Quality Plan, Inspection Plan and instructions specified on the manufacturing Work Order.
