Quality Control Officer
Company Description SICIM is a Construction Company established in 1962 and offers all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.
Position Sicim is currently seeking a Quality Control Officer to be included in our QAQC department in Busseto.
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
Cooperate with the Quality Manager in the development of quality management tools.
Collect, process, and synthesize the Key Performance Indicators of the site and project.
Work with the site quality manager in collecting and processing information for preparing the Management Review document in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
Interface with project quality managers regarding the verification and collection of periodic information.
Support the Site Quality Manager in developing new company procedures in the quality area.
Assist the Quality Manager in developing training materials in the quality area using available IT infrastructure.
Collect and verify the completeness and compliance of control documents and ensure proper archiving of objective quality feedback (forms, records, filled-in forms, etc.
), both in paper and digital format.
Interface with operational staff (site / construction) for the follow-up of the aforementioned.
Update the main quality registers (Non-Conformity register, quality document register, etc. )
and related documents, both in paper and digital format.
Requirements Technical diploma.
Good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc. ).
Proficiency with IT tools in general.
PREFERABLE Certificates as Lead/Internal auditor ISO 9001.
Experience in the Quality sector.
Availability for short business trips nationally and internationally.
