Job Description

We are currently expanding our Quality Management and Compliance department, operating on Quality Control topics, to meet the growing needs of our company so we are looking for a specialist to join our teams based in Milan.

What will you do?

Analysis and evaluation of business processes as defined in the scope of intervention defined by the Audit Plan, in accordance with the audit methodologies and procedures of the company;

Reperforming of controls;

Assist in preparing the definition of Audit Plan and Audit Reports for Board of Directors;

Plans, executes and reports planned audit engagements.

Follows the development of risk management and internal audit methodologies;

Assist in preparing training material;

Contribute to the development and constant improvement of our quality control system and our internal policies and procedures;

Contribute to the interaction with the Mazars Group regarding our quality system.

**Qualifications**:

- Master degree in Economics;

- At least 1-3 years of experience in audit practice;

- Good team player and time management effective;

- Italian native (or fluent) and proficiency in spoken and written English;

- Microsoft Office proficiency;

- Good communication skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization;

- Self-starter with good level of initiative, open minded;

- Discrete, versatile and curious.
