We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our Electrification business.

You will assist the local ABB unit in developing the necessary capabilities to control products and systems to meet the internal, customer and industry requirements, in a cost effective and safe working environment.

You will participate in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only conform products, software and services are released to the customer.

**This position reports to**:

Quality Control Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Define and guarantee the standard level of products and processes associating the quality control and certification specifications.

- Manage, record and analyze customer feedback on the product or service using the CCRP tool.

- Provide technical support to factory, MKT, Engineering.

- Manage customer testing and joint failure analysis.

- Verify that suppliers and raw materials comply with the technical requirements.

- Organize and supervise the work of the quality control team.

- According to the quality standards adopted by the company, train personnel.

**Your background**:

- Sound knowledge of quality tools, KPIs and electrical testing procedure.

Good experience in the LV/MV electromechanical market.

- Fluent English language.

- A collaborative, solution-focused approach.

- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
