To strengthen our Apparel Division team, we are looking for a Quality Control Specialist who will ensure that the Oberalp apparel products meet the quality standards and respect defined procedures.

You will be responsible to identify problems and their resolution during the different stages of product development, factory sample, production and inbound control of goods collaborating with Product Developers, Production Specialists, Materials R&D, local Senior QCs and factories in order to guarantee Oberalp quality standards in the market.

**Tasks and responsibilities

- Statistical control of incoming goods according to the original sample and Teck/Pack

- Management of the repair of incoming goods through 3rd party external laboratories in Italy

- Elaboration of defect root cause analysis for returned goods from the market in order to detect improvements in materials and constructions

- Support of in-line and final inspection of Oberalp suppliers in Italy, EU and far-east

- Participation in fitting sessions in order to identify critical issues in prototype and SMS stages in order to avoid issues in bulk production

- Support of factory audits

**Profile

- At least 4 years of experience in the têxtile industry, preferably in sporting goods, including in-line and final inspection experience

- Knowledge of têxtile quality processes (AQL, reporting, etc.

)

- Knowledge of têxtile supply chain processes and sustainability issues

- Proficient English skills in addition to Italian

- Good coordination and team working skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
